Hartland Baseball and Softball invites all boys and girls whose parents reside in Hartland to register for the upcoming 2024 Baseball/Softball season.  You will need to print one Registration Form per family and one Medical Form per player.  Please submit these with your payment at the same time.  You may register your player during the following time periods using the contact information below.

 

Sign-up by FRIDAY MARCH 1ST (Close of Registration).  NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED

Hand Delivered: 

Hand deliver your forms to one of the Board Members (Stephen Hoidalen, Ryan Ochoa, Scott Dalene, Tom Spirito or Andrew Heggland).

Parents or Guardians are required to show a driver’s license or proof of Hartland residency and furnish a copy of that child’s birth certificate (first time players only).

Assessments are scheduled for the week of March 11th.  ALL PLAYERS WHO WISH TO MOVE UP FROM FARM TO MINORS OR MINORS TO MAJORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND TO ENSURE THEIR APPROPRIATE TEAM PLACEMENT. (Assessments are not required for tee-ball or first time Farm players.) Upon review with the coaches, teams will be formed based on skill and safety level and age/grade.  If your child has not registered prior to the close of registration they cannot be considered for assessments.  Please make every effort to register your child by the due date.

Parental Expectations:  With the exception of tee-ball, each family is required to participate in Field Clean Up Day, which will be announced after registration ends and before the beginning of play.

​

Please remember that Volunteers are critical to the success of the Hartland Baseball Program.  Please consider volunteering your time this year.
